Weddings We are delighted to marry couples in the churches of the Hambleden Valley, however we are not legally allowed to marry everyone who asks. The law requires that one of the couple has a historical or geographical link with one of the churches in the group, as listed below. If you have a link with one church in the group you will be able to be married in any of the churches.
If any of the above apply and you are interested in being married in one of our churches, please download and fill our initial application form, and return it to the Revd John Wigram. If you have any queries about the above criteria or being married in our churches, please contact John on 01491 571231, revjohn@wigram.org.uk or click here to print an application form: Initial Application for a wedding If you want to know more about being married in church, see www.yourchurchwedding.org for some general information. If you want to know which your parish church is, go to www.achurchnearyou.com and search using your postcode. |
